All prints are made to order, cleaned and cured by hand and then primed. We do our best to remove support structures from the objects, some bumps may remain and may need to be filed or sanded.
Note that the miniatures are small and thin in some places and may be brittle.
We try our best to secure the miniatures in the packages but mailing services around the world may handle the packages with little care, if anything breaks from transport issues please contact us and we will replace them.
A hill dwarf dedicated to the divine of nature, Renmaeth. Achtum always found himself enamoured by the beauty of the mountain meadows his people crafted in honour of the goddess. His life as a hunter often kept him entwined with her domain, and after a close brush with death, Achtum abandoned the hunt, seeing it as a sign from his matron. Since that day he has dedicated himself to her will, and joined the latest expedition of the Church of the Tharameni into Sudd Tohst’s sunburnt plains.
The foothills of the Battlescar Mountains are sparsely populated by enclaves of Hill Dwarves. These lands are the breadbasket of Dornat Al Karit, where farmers and hunters carve out a living on the craggy cliffs beneath the mountains. Achtum was raised in this way of life, his father a hunter, along with his three older brothers. Whilst Achtum was eager to make his father proud, guilt would swallow him in the times he would take a knife to the heart of a wounded doe.
Achtum’s true love of nature, and Renmaeth’s creations, were in the meadows cultivated by his people. But a gardener was not a position befitting of his family’s caste, so he was forced to endure a profession he came to despise. On one hunt, whilst pursuing a ram, Achtum lost his footing on a cliffside, tumbling down a rockface and severely injuring himself. His quarry, rather than retreating, turned back for him, hooking his cloak with its horns, it dragged Achtum for two miles back to the safety of his home, where it left him.
He wept, and for days as he recovered he pondered the meaning of Renmaeth’s divine intervention. When he had recovered, he gathered his belongings and shared them amongst his brothers, before leaving his family’s company. He travelled to the Tree of Brel Harmen in Sudd Tohst and sought counsel from the druidic circle there, who told him that his experience was a direct intervention by Renmaeth. They requested that Achtum join their order, using his skills as a hunter to instead protect the vulnerable and innocent beasts of the land, becoming a sentinel against poachers and irresponsible hunters. He could not live in the wilds like the druids though, finding comfort in towns and cities where he would eventually join the Church of the Tharameni as a sanctified acolyte of Renmaeth. Now his skills are put to the ultimate test as he steps foot in Sudd Tohst once again, acting as the pathfinder for an expedition into the sandy dunes.
