Thank you for visiting and shopping at PrintCraft Creations. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 weeks. As our products are 3D printed to order, production time is required before shipment and may vary depending on order volume and item complexity.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Norwegian public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. You will be notified of any significant delays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Domestic (Norway): 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier-related issues.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s). Tracking information will typically become active within 24–48 hours.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

PrintCraft Creations is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately at stian@printcraft.no.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take care in packaging all miniatures securely. However:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.


7. International Shipping Notes

Some countries may have import restrictions or longer delivery times. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered items comply with local laws and regulations.

Due to the nature of 3D printing:
