2. About PrintCraft Creations

PrintCraft Creations produces and sells physical hobby, collectible, gaming and decorative products, including 3D-printed miniatures, articulated models, terrain, accessories and related products.

Many of our products are manufactured after an order has been placed rather than being held as finished stock.

Products may be produced using designs created by PrintCraft or by independent artists, studios and licensors from whom PrintCraft has obtained the appropriate commercial rights or permissions.

3. 3D-Printed Products

Many of our products are manufactured using additive manufacturing processes such as resin or filament-based 3D printing.

Because of the nature of 3D printing and post-processing, individual products may have minor variations or characteristics such as:

visible layer lines;
minor support marks;
small surface variations;
slight differences in finish;
minor variations in colour between production batches; and
small dimensional variations resulting from the manufacturing process.

These characteristics do not necessarily constitute defects where they are consistent with the product description and what can reasonably be expected from the manufacturing method.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights where a product is defective, damaged or does not correspond to what was ordered.

4. Product Images and Colours

We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately through photographs, renders, descriptions and other product information.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to differences in lighting, photography, display settings, material batches and manufacturing processes.

Where a product image is a digital render or an image supplied by the original designer rather than a photograph of the finished physical product, this may be indicated on the relevant product page where appropriate.

5. Scale and Dimensions

Miniatures and related products may be offered in different scales or sizes.

Scale descriptions such as 32 mm, 35 mm or 42 mm are intended to identify the approximate gaming or miniature scale of the product and do not necessarily represent the total physical height of every model.

Characters, poses, bases, weapons, scenery and other design elements may cause the overall dimensions of individual models to differ.

Where exact dimensions are important for your intended use, please contact us before ordering.

6. Assembly, Finishing and Painting

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, products are supplied in the condition described in the relevant product listing.

Some products may require assembly, removal of minor support remnants, cleaning, sanding, priming or other preparation before painting or use.

Painted examples, scenery, accessories or other objects shown in product photographs are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.

7. Product Use and Safety

Unless a product is expressly described and sold as a toy, our miniatures, articulated models, terrain pieces, gaming accessories and similar products are intended primarily for hobby, decorative, gaming or collectible use.

Some products may contain:

small parts that may present a choking hazard;
thin or pointed details;
fragile components;
magnets or other small components where specifically stated; or
materials that are not intended for food contact.

Products containing small parts are not suitable for young children unless the specific product has been expressly designed, classified and marketed for such use.

Any product-specific safety information or warnings shown on the product page should be followed.

Nothing in this section limits any product safety obligations or consumer rights imposed by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

The PrintCraft Creations name, branding, website layout, original photographs, graphics, written content and other material created by PrintCraft are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise permitted by law or expressly authorised in writing, PrintCraft-owned website content may not be reproduced, republished, distributed or used commercially without our permission.

9. Licensed Designs and Third-Party Intellectual Property

Many products sold by PrintCraft are based on designs created by independent artists, studios or other intellectual property owners.

PrintCraft manufactures and sells such products under applicable commercial licences, merchant licences or other permissions granted by the relevant rights holders.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in those underlying designs remain with their respective creators or rights holders.

Purchasing a physical product from PrintCraft does not transfer ownership of the underlying digital design, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property to the customer.

Unless separately authorised by the relevant rights holder, purchasing a physical product does not grant permission to reproduce, manufacture, scan, copy or commercially distribute the underlying design.

10. Trademarks and Third-Party Names

Product names, artist names, studio names, game names, trademarks, logos and other third-party intellectual property referenced on this website remain the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party creators or licensors are used to identify the origin, licence or compatibility of products where relevant and do not imply ownership by PrintCraft.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date.

However, occasional errors may occur in product descriptions, prices, availability, images, dimensions or other website content.
